Gates County Board of Adjustment

Summary:

The Board of Adjustment acts as a "quasi-judicial" body and issues rulings on Variances, Special Use Permits, and hears Appeals of the Zoning Administrator's Rulings regarding the literal translation of the Zoning Ordinance.  Their decisions can only be appealed to Superior Court.
