Include your name, property address and account number with payment. Checks, certified checks and money orders are accepted. Please do not mail cash.

Hours of Operation: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Closed: holidays and weekendsOnline: You may pay via our website, if you use this option you will be redirected to the Official Payments website and you will be able to make your payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. The jurisdiction code is 4381. There is a nominal fee for this service. This fee is in addition to the amount owed for your water bill. Payment made using Visa and Mastercard will be received by the County the following business day. American Express and Discover will be received following TWO business days. Please keep this in mind if using this option to pay to avoid disconnection of water service.
UTILITIES ACCOUNT & PAYMENT- NEW ONLINE OPTION
Utility customers can now use the WIPP portal to access, view and make payments to their utility bill. By using the WIPP system you will pay a lower credit card convenience fee and be able to view your account details.
To login to the WIPP system for the first time you will need a pin number, which can be provided to you by contacting customer service at 252-357-2411 and select option 3.

By Phone: You may call 1-800-272-9829 and you will be redirected to Official Payments. The same procedure as mentioned above for online payments will apply. The jurisdiction code is 4381.
Drop Box: A Drop Box is located outside of the Administration Building, 200 Court Street Gatesville. Cash should not be deposited in the Drop Box. Payments deposited after 10:00 a.m. shall be processed the next business day. Refrain from using the Drop Box during normal business hours on Bill Due Dates.
Bank Bill Pay Service: This service is set up on line by the customer with their bank using their complete account number and the remittance address as it appears on the payment stub. When the customer releases the funds from their account they are transferred electronically and received the next business day.
