Notice of Buffer Zones

Gates County Municipal Voting will be held at the Social Service Building located at 122 Main St, Gatesville, NC 27938. The following is a description of the buffer zone concerning 2025 electioneering. Buffer zones are set as designated by G.S. 163-166.4(a). Election officials will mark buffer zones and No Campaigning Beyond this point signage. Electioneering shall not impede automobile traffic or voter foot traffic.

Buffer Zone: 50 ft from the entrance.
