Notice is hereby given, pursuant to NCGS § 153A-40, of a Special Joint Meeting called for the Gates County Board of County Commissioners and the Gates County Board of Education to be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:00PM at the 1836 Gates County Historical Courthouse, 2nd Floor – Commissioners Chambers, address:115 Court Street, Gatesville, NC 27938.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for fiscal year 2026-2027 and any other public-school matters.
